This lesson is intended for TK-1st grade students. It includes a read-aloud story, guided activities and helpful vocabulary words to teach young scholars about the difference between a growth and fixed mindset.

Friendship Lesson
(TK-1st)
This is the first lesson students receive to learn about who their counselor is and what their role is at the elementary school. I also wanted to introduce what friendships are to our young scholars.
Program Evaluation of Valley High School's Counseling Program
This program evaluation dives into Valley High's counseling program. I evaluated their program and analyzed their implementation of tier 1 lessons, student understanding of A-G requirements, and post-graduation enrollment in higher education.
